A.3 SYSTEM POWERS ON, LCD DISPLAY SHOWS MBR ERROR 1
To Resolve the MBR Error 1 Issue:
1.
Power down and unplug the system.
2.
Access the modulo ( 7.3 ).
3. Using the instructions in 7.6.1 Removing the Hard Drives , disconnect and reconnect each end of the hard
drive SATA and power cables.
4.
Remove and reseat the hard drives.
5.
Plug in and power on the system.
6. Access the BIOS.
7.
Check the boot sequence and re-order as necessary:
• system hard drive = 1
• data hard drive = 2
8.
Save settings and exit BIOS.
9.
System should restart and initialize properly.
10. Close the system ( 7.5.5 Closing the Front Block/Ultrasound Module ).
A.4 SYSTEM SEEMS SLOW
A.4.1 Clear RAM
To Clear System RAM:
1.
Power down the system and restart.
A.4.2 Undetected RAM
If the RAM is undetected, it may have a loose connection or be defective. Ensure:
• RAM size is 2 Gb (per system specifications)
• chips are seated properly (if necessary, reseat the RAM)
• replacement RAM is installed, if required.
A.4.3 Check Custom Keys Settings
To Check the Custom Keys:
1. Press the console button.
2.
Select Administrator > Custom Keys .
3.
Select each Custom Key tab in turn and ensure the DICOM setting is not selected.
4.
Select OK .
