- To avoid overheating, do not operate the heated seat
pad near to heat sources, open flames such as candles,
or in direct sunlight.
- When operating, ensure that the 12V plug is firmly
plugged into the 12 V vehicle power outlet and it is free
from dirt. In the case of insufficient contact between the
plug and 12V vehicle power outlet, the vehicle vibration
can lead to the power supply switching on and off for
short intervals. This can lead to overheating.
- Do not switch on the heated seat pad when folded or
in a pushed-together condition.
- Do not place heavy objects such as suitcases on the
heated seat pad.
3. Checking heated seat pad and scope of supply
Risk of damage!
The heated seat pad can be easily damaged, if you carelessly
open the packaging with a sharp knife or other sharp object.
- Therefore, follow these steps very carefully when opening.
1. Take the heated seat pad from the packaging and check
whether the pad or individual parts are damaged. If this
is the case, do not use the heated seat pad. Consult the
manufacturer.
2. Check whether the delivery is complete (see Fig. A).

Risk of injury!
Improper handling of the heated seat pad may cause
personal injury and damage to the heated seat pad.
- Before operating make sure that the 12V plug and the
power cable are dry.
- Turn off the heated seat pad immediately with any pain.
- Do not bend or fold the heated seat pad and keep it
away from water and other liquids.
- Do not use heated seat pad near open flames or other
heat sources such as strong sunlight.
- Check for wear and damage of the heated seat pad
regularly. If such signs are present, or the heated seat
pad has been used improperly or stops working, do not
use it any longer. Return the heated seat pad back to the
merchant.
4.1 Fixing the heated seat pad
Risk of injury!
Improper installation of heated seat pads may result in
injury.
- Fix the heated seat pad and the power cable so that the
driver‘s freedom of movement is not restricted.
1. Place the heated seat pad

on the car seat.
2. Be sure to check that the heated seat pad does not cover
any airbag and restricts it as a result.
3. Attach the heated seat pad with the fastening straps

on the backrest of the car seat.
4. Fix the heated seat pad by anchoring the tightening
straps

and fastening hooks

to the seat surface.
5. Make sure that the power cable is never pinched.
4.2 Operating the heated seat pad
Use heated seat pad only with the engine running.
1. Plug the 12V plug

into the 12V vehicle power socket.
2. Now select the desired heating level, by setting the slide
switch

either to „LOW“ (35-45°C) or „HIGH“ (40-
50°C). The power LED will light up.
3. Turn off the heated seat pad by setting the slide switch
to „OFF“.
4. Then unplug the 12V plug from the 12V vehicle power
socket.
5. Cleaning
Risk of short circuit!
Water penetrating into the housing can cause a short circuit.
- Never immerse the heated seat pad in water.
- Ensure that water does not get into the heated seat pad.
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the heated seat pad can cause
damage.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, brushes with metal or
nylon bristles and sharp or metallic cleaning objects
such as knives, scrapers and the like. This will damage
the surface.
- Never put the heated seat pad in the washing machine.
1. Before cleaning unplug the 12V plug from the 12V
vehicle power socket.
2. Let the heated seat pad cool completely.
3. Wipe the heated seat pad off with a slightly damp cloth.
4. Allow all parts to dry completely afterwards.
6. Maintenance
There is a fuse in the 12V plug to protect the electrical
system of the vehicle. Check and replace the fuse when the
heated seat pad no longer works (see Fig. E).
