1 Language Settings
Using this function it is possible to set the current language used
for the Machine Setting Menu and for all the messages. The
available languages are Italian, English, French, German and
Spanish.
2 Time/Date Settings
Using this function it is possible to set current time, current date
and time format (12 / 24 hours).
3 Defrost Timer Settings
The Defrost Timer automatically switches the dispenser from
Frozen Drink mode to Soft Drink mode. This means that during
defrost periods the frozen product will melt to the set
temperature and once defrost period has expired, the product
automatically freezes down again to the set viscosity.
Using this function it is possible to enable or disable the Defrost
Timer, to set up to twelve defrost time periods per day and to set
the desired defrost temperature.
When the Defrost Timer is disabled the message Defrost OFF is
shown on the display, the machine runs regularly and no defrost
is performed even if one or more periods are set.
When the Defrost Timer is enabled the message Defrost ON is
shown on the display, during the set periods the message
DEFROST ACTIVE is shown on the display and the product is
defrosted.
During the defrost periods the top cover lights are automatically
turned OFF and all the controls are inhibited with the exclusion
of the power OFF of the machine and the access to the Machine
Setting Menu from where it is possible to disable the Defrost
Timer and so to return to Working Mode.
Using the function Top Cover Lights Turning OFF it is possible
to disable the automatic turning OFF of the top cover lights and
to keep them always ON also during the defrost periods.
To configure the Defrost Timer it is necessary to enter into the
Machine Settings Menu and to proceed as follows:

Note:
once that the defrost periods and the defrost temperature
are properly set, it is possible to quick enable and disable the
Defrost Timer, without entering into the Machine Setting Menu,
pressing for one second together keys (L) and (D).
4 Thresholds settings
The access to this function is protected by a password called
Service Password that is factory preset to 1945 and that can be
modified using function 9 Security Settings.
Using this function it is possible to set the range of temperature
available when the machine is in Soft Drink mode (factory set to
+2…+10 °C) and to select the temperature unit between °C and
°F.
In addition it is possible to select the range of viscosity among
the following pre-set ranges: Granita-Sherbet / Coffee-Cocktail /
Frozen Yogurt and a Customized range that can be set by the
user at the desired values.
5 Counters
Using this function it is possible to check the following time
counters expressed in hours and minutes:
Machine life: represents the total life time of the machine.
Compressor 1: represent the total life time of the compressor.
Compressor 2: represent the total life time of the second
compressor (if present).
Partial: represent the life time of the machine since the last reset
of this counter.
Machine Cleaning: represents the remaining time to the
Machine Cleaning Alarm (see function 6 Cleaning Alarms
Settings).
Condenser Cleaning: represent the remaining time to the
Condenser Cleaning Alarm (see function 6 Cleaning Alarms
Settings).
Always using this function it is possible to reset the partial
counter.
6 Cleaning Alarms Settings
Using this function it is possible to:
-Individually enable and disable the Cleaning Alarms.
-Set the desired cleaning periods both for the machine and the
condenser.
When the Machine Cleaning Alarm is enabled the symbol (
)
is shown on the right side of the display. In this case when the
Machine Cleaning Period is expired (the factory pre-set period
is 48 hours) the message PERFORM MACHINE CLEANING is
shown on the display. To delete this message and to reset the
counter it is necessary disable the corresponding cleaning alarm
from the Machine Setting Menu or to press key (L) and (F)
together for one second.
In the same way when the Condenser Cleaning Alarm is
enabled the symbol (
) is shown on the left side of the display.
In this case when the Condenser Cleaning Period is expired (the
factory pre-set period is 192 hours) the message PERFORM
CONDENSER CLEANING is shown on the display.
To delete this message and to reset the counter it is necessary
disable the corresponding cleaning alarm from the Machine
Setting Menu or to press keys (L) and (F) together for one
second.
To enable the Cleaning Alarms it is necessary to enter in the
Machine Settings Menu and to proceed as follows:

7 Latest Alarms List
Using this function it is possible to check the 10 latest alarms of
the machine independently that they are still active or not. To
scroll the Latest Alarm List it is necessary to use keys (L) and
(H).
8 Active Alarms List
Using this function it is possible to check the active alarms of the
machine. To scroll the Active Alarm List it is necessary to use
keys (L) and (H). Once that an alarm has been selected, if its
cause has been removed, it is possible to delete it pressing key
(F) twice, one time to request its deletion and a second time to
confirm it.
It is also possible to delete all the active alarms pressing
together keys (L) and (H) for one second.
9 Security Settings
Using this function it is possible to enable, disable and modify
the two passwords that can be used to avoid the improper
setting of the machine. The format of the passwords is 4
numeric characters.
The User's Password is factory disabled and can be enabled to
prevent the free access to the entire Machine Setting Menu.
The Service Password is factory enabled with the value 1945
