T o enable this slot:

Disconnect R111, R263, R265 and populate R115, R264, R266 with 0R
•
Check that jumpers
J17, J19, J74, J75, J77, J78, J90, J93
and resistors
R10, R19,
match
the required operation, as described in Table 12 , Table 13, Table 14 , and Table 18.
