2.2 Warranty and Liability
All products from the manufacturer are manufactured to the high nowadays technical standards
and comply with all valid regulations. The manufacturer will grant a warranty to compensate all rec-
ognized valid claims. All other Warranty and Liability claims for people and appliances are exclud-
ed, especially if a possible damage is caused:
• In case of any improper use not according to the designed purpose.
• In case of wrong installation, incorrect setting into operation, wrong treatment and maintenance
of the appliance.

In case of operating the appliance with faulty, missing or not working safety features.

By disregarding of the operation manual advices especially in the view of transport, storage,
installation, setting into operation, operation and maintenance.

By changing the appliance without any written permission.
•
By changing the power dates without any written permission.

In the case of non regular maintenance of any parts being subject to wear and tear.
•
In case of nonprofessional service.
•
