Application
The Ubbink aeration pumps of the Air series are optimal for the constant aeration of your ponds. The air supply ensures that your fishes
receive enough oxygen.
But at the same time, adequate amounts of oxygen producing plants are necessary. The aeration pumps can also help to keep openings in
the ice free during the winter periods. For this application, the air flower stone can be placed under a Ubbink ice-free keeper. The aeration
pump Air 200 possesses 2 air outlets, the pump Air 1000 has 6 air outlets.

Safety regulations
• The voltage supply has to comply with the product specifications. If necessary, inform yourself as to which connection regulations
you have to apply with your local electricity supplier. Do not connect the pump and / or the mains cable if these do not agree to these
specified regulations.
• The aeration pumps should possess a residual current protection switch (FI Switch) and be operated with a nominal fault voltage of
≤ 30mA.
• Never remove the plug by cutting it from the electric cable and never shorten the cable. If these regulations are not adhered to, the
guarantee will be terminated immediately.
• Always turn off the power supply when the air flower stones are placed / removed or when the aeration pump has to be maintained.
• The device is must only be used for the applications that it has been constructed for.
• The aeration pump should be turned off immediately when visible damage can be seen on the housing or the power cable to avoid the
danger of injuries. A replacement of the electric cable is not possible. If the cable is damaged, the aeration pump has to be disposed off.
Initiating
• Read the operating instructions carefully before use and store them in a safe place.
• The installation of the aeration pump must be carried out in a dry and protected area (inside, not outside).
The maximum distance to the pond should not be greater than 10 m because of the length of the air hose.
• Make sure that the pump is installed higher than the water level to prevent any water from running back into the pump that may cause
a short circuit.
• Place the air flower stone into the pond so that it hangs freely over the bottom of the pond or on a support that separates it from the
bottom of the pond. If the stone lies on the bottom of the pond, the flowing air will disperse the sludge and sediment deposits that are
present which will then make the pond water cloudy.
• Roll up the hose to the aeration pump.
• Connect the air hose on to the air outlet connections on the aeration pump.
• Initiate the aeration pump.
Guarantee
We give a guarantee of 2 years against proven material and manufacturer faults that apply from the date of purchase: The original sales
receipt has to be presented as proof of purchase if claims are made on the guarantee. Complaints that do not fall under the guarantee are
where they are caused by faults through the mounting and user faults, lack of care, influence of frost, calcification, improper repair service,
resorts of violence, third party negligence, overstressing, mechanical damages or through the exposure of foreign bodies. All complaints of
partial damages and / or problems that have been caused by worn parts (e.g. membrane) are also excluded from the guarantee.
Environmental Protection
Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist.
