2. Plug the charger DC cable into the charge point on
the battery. (See Figure 4)
3. The charger LED light will be red during charging
and will turn green when the battery pack is fully
charged.
NOTE: The battery should be charged after
every use.
BATTERY LIFE DISPLAY
1. Press the button on the battery to illuminate the
LED lights.
2. When the battery is fully charged, there will be four
green lights and one red light showing. (See Figure 5)
NOTE: As the battery is discharged during use,
the number of green lights showing will reduce
from four to none.
NOTE: When all of the green lights are off and
only the red light is showing, there is a small
amount of time remaining before the battery will
be fully discharged and will require recharging.
ON/OFF SWITCH
1. Turn switch on to use vacuum. If vacuum does not
turn on, check that the battery is charged.
NOTE: Always unplug charger from charge
point before use.
RECLINING THE HANDLE
1. Press the handle release pedal located on the back
of the vacuum to recline the handle. (See Figure 6)
EDGE CLEANING
1. The edge cleaning feature provides improved
suction near walls and stationary furniture. For
maximum edge cleaning, place left side of nozzle,
from user's perspective, against wall or stationary
furniture. (See Figure 7)
AUTOMATIC CARPET HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
1. Vacuum is designed with an automatic
self-adjusting nozzle. No manual adjustments are
required. The height of the nozzle automatically
adjusts to the flooring surface. This self-adjusting
feature allows the nozzle to float evenly over all
flooring surfaces.
