QUICK-RELEASE ASSEMBLY
1. Place hopper firmly on ground.
NOTE: Hopper should not be attached to forklift
during quick release installation.
2. Pull lock release lever and carefully guide chute to
dump position. (See Figure 1)
NOTE: Place hopper slowly in dump position to
avoid injury or damage to surrounding area.
3. Install release lever rod through fork pocket base
guide ring. This is located underneath front cross bar
of fork pocket base. (See Figure 2)
NOTE: Install release lever rod from back of
hopper (forklift side) into front dumping side.
4. Slide rod into guide ring far enough to ensure it
clears the lock release lever.
NOTE: The release lever rod should be placed
over frame cross brace but underneath main
connecting pin. (See Figure 3)
