tHe AppliAnce.
1. the blades are very sharp! handle with care.
2. always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling, cleaning.
3. Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label of
the appliance.
4. don’t let children play with this appliance.
5. don’t let the motor unit, cord, or plug get wet.
6. never use a damaged appliance. if it has been damaged, please get it to approved service
centre, checked or repaired.
7. don’t let excess cord hang over the edge of the table or worktop or touch hot surface.
8. remove the blade emptying the bowl/jug.
9. Don’t plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and always unplug
before disassembling the appliance or handle the blade.
10. the appliance is constructed to process normal household quantities.
11. switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts which move in
use.
12. this appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
13. children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
14. if the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

short-time operating: use the appliance for no longer than 3 minutes with soft foods and no
longer than 1 minute with hard foods. leave the appliance to cool down for at least 3 minutes
before using again.
HOw tO USe tHe HAnd Blender
the hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise and baby
food as well as for mixing and milkshakes.
1. turn the blender stick on the motor unit until it locks.
2. introduce the hand blender in the vessel. then press the two level control switch level i or the
two level control switch level ii (turbo).
3. turn the blender stick off the motor unit after use.
4. You can use the hand blender in the measuring beaker and just as well in any other vessel.
When blending directly in the saucepan while cooking take hand blender from overheating.
HOw tO USe yOUr wHiSk
use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing sponges and ready-mix
desserts.
1. inset the whisk into the whisk gear box, then turn the whisk gear box on the motor unit until
it locks.
2. place the whisk in a vessel and only then press the switch to operate it.
3. turn the whisk gear box off the motor unit after use. then pull the whisk out of the whisk gear
box.
SLICING & ShREddING fUNCTION
1. Fix the slicing/shredding/potato slurry blade to the knife support, as shown in diagram 2.
slicing knife makes the food into slices. shredding knife make the food into shreds.
2. put the blade support on the axis in the middle of the bowl, and press it to the bottom. then
fix the knife support to the blade support, as shown in diagram 3.
3. put the cover on the bowl and turn it in clockwise direction, until hearing the chattering
sound, as shown in diagram 4.
4. insert the motor part into the chopper gear box and turn it in counterclockwise direction until
it locks into place, as shown in diagram 5.
5. Fix the plug to the electric socket, press the switch (speed 1, speed 2; the power increases
by degree). put into the clean food in strip from the entrance of the cover, and push the food
down slowly. When the food strip is short, push them down with the measuring cup, as shown
in diagram 5.
When the operation is finished, after the blade stops completely, pour out the food.
ChOPPING &MIxING fUNCTION
1. put the blade support on the axis in the middle of the bowl, and press it to the bottom. then
fix the chopping blade or mixing blade to the blade support, as shown in diagram 6.
2. put the food (e.g. strawberry) into the mix bowl, as shown in diagram 7. Big piece food needs
to be cut into small pieces. (1.5cmx1.5cmx1.5cm).
3. put the cover on the bowl and turn it in clockwise direction, until hearing the chattering
sound,as shown in diagram 8.
4. insert the motor part into the chopper gear box and turn it in counterclockwise direction until
it locks into place, as shown in diagram 9.
5. Fix the plug to the electric socket, press the switch (speed 1, speed 2. the power increases
by degree). When the operation is finished, after the chopping blade stops completely, pour
out the food.
CLEANING
1. cleaning the motor unit and the whisk gear box with a damp cloth only. the chopper gear box
may be rinsed under the tap, but do not immerse it in water.
2. all other parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
3. When processing food with colour, the plastic parts of the appliance ma become discoloured.
Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before placing them in the dishwasher.
4. clean the attachments in a sink. cAUtiOn: the attachments are very sharp!
