TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
SOLUTION
PROBLEM
1. No power. Turn on all switches and don’t work.
2. Flame switch is at “ON” position, no glow and
flame.
3. Logs glow, flame effect does not work.
4. Have flame effect , but heater does not blow
warm air.
5. Heater doesn’t work, while HEAT-ON switch
is at the “ON” position.
1a. Check that unit is plugged into a standard 120V power outlet.
2a. Please try to turn on/off flame switch several times first, if still
no flame, please call customer service.
3a. Open back of unit. Check to see if spindle was connected to the
motor.
3b. Check to see if spindle motor is running. If not, call
customer service.
4a. Check that HEAT-ON switch is at “ON” position.
5a.Turn all switches to the “OFF” position and unplug the unit from
the wall outlet for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes plug the unit back
into wall outlet, and operate as normal.

3. Down lights do not light up.
4. Have flame effect , but heater does not blow

5. Heater doesn’t work, but Power and Heater
switches are at the “ON” position and
thermostat is set on “HI”.
1a. Check that unit is plugged into a standard 120V outlet.
1b. Check that Main Power Switch is in “ON” position.
4a. Make sure that thermostat is turned toward the “HI” position.
4b. Try to turn on/off HEATER button several times to make sure
it is at “ON” position.
5a.Turn all switches to the “OFF” position and unplug the unit from
the wall outlet for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes plug the unit hack
into wall outlet, and operate as normal.

2a. Try to turn on/off flame switch several times.
2b. Open the top and back panel to check if the flame spindle was
fall off from spindle motor.
3a. Try to turn on/off downlight switch several times.
