TROUBLE SHOOTING

1. Check to see if breaker is not tripped.

2. Check power going to unit.

3. Check thermostat is set at on position.

4. Check power switch is on.

For any problems with Bakery Case please refer to following check list. If still having a

problem or need to ask a question please call Customer Service at 1-800-381-7770 or

1-800-627-0032

BAKERY CASE NOT WORKING

1. Check that there is nothing on top of curved glass.

2. Check to see that there are no overhead vents, air ducts or fans.

3. Check temperature of room. Bakery Case is designed to operate in an ambient

 

temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 55% relative humidity.

4. Check temperature of Bakery Case. Unit should be between 38 and 42 degrees.

5. Check that air is flowing inside front of Bakery Case. If there is no air flow or air

 

is felt on only one side this is due to anti moisture fans are not working. Customer

 

Service needs to be called.

GLASS SWEATING

1. Check condenser to see if clean.

2. Check that doors and curved glass are closed tightly.

3. Check that shelves are installed properly.

4. Check that air flow inside of unit is not blocked with product or pans.

5. Check that evaporator coil does not have frost build up. If doors are left open frost

 

will accumulate. To defrost turn off thermostat about one hour to melt off frost.

 

Evaporator coil comes with thermostat for antifreeze.

BAKERY CASE WARM

1. Check that light switch is on.

2. Check that lamp cord is plugged in correctly.

3. Check that light is in lamp holder correctly.
