Problem

result.
The video
recordings
contain a lot of
noise (snow).
There is insufficient

Improve the lighting or select a
different location.
The distance to the
sound source is too

Move closer.
The volume of the
computer speakers is
set very low.
Increase the volume of the
speakers.
The sound is very
soft.
The microphone is
blocked.
Make sure your fingers do not cover
the microphone (14, fig. 1).
The card was not
empty. The memory
card contains
recordings made with
other cameras.
Format the memory card to make
sure it is 100% empty.
Fewer recordings
can be saved on
the memory card
than expected.
The recordings
contain a lot of detail
or noise.
In the case of noise, select a
location with more light. If there is
too much detail, it is normal that
less photographs or video clips can
be saved.
The memory card has
been formatted in the
wrong format.
Format the memory card in the
camera.
The memory card has
not been inserted
correctly
Press the memory card firmly into
the slot. The card must not protrude
from the camera.
The memory card
cannot be used.
The card is faulty.
Try to use the card in a different
camera or use a different card.
