Inspections
– Regularly check the installation, wiring and connections
for damage. The drive units must be able to move freely
and during disengagement automatically be drawn back
by the return springs to the safe rest position. If this is not
the case, inspect the drive units for dirt or corrosion on
the guides and, if necessary, have them cleaned by trained
specialist staff.
– Following the annual inspection, check whether all motors
respond properly to the commands of the remote control.
– At least every two years, the Mover
must
be inspected
by a trained specialist for rush, secure positioning of
attachment parts as well as the proper condition of all
safety-related parts.
Disposal
The appliance must be disposed of according to the
administrative regulations of the respective country in which it
is used. National regulations and rules must be followed.

Fault
Cause and remedy
Mover is not
working
– Check the power supply (the
green LED on the control unit
should light up). A faulty fuse in
the Mover’s battery connector
cable may be replaced only by an
original Truma spare part (part no.
60040-00169)
– Interrupt the power supply for at
least 20 seconds. Re-establish the
power supply. The green LED on
the control unit should light up.
Mover is not
functioning and
the red LED on
the control unit
is flashing
Control unit has overheated.
– Interrupt the power supply
with the battery cut-off switch
and remove the key. Let the
control unit cool down for at
least 20 minutes. Then start up
the Mover.
Mover is not
responding or only
with interruptions
to the remote
control input
Low battery in the remote control -
red LEDs on the remote control are
flashing.
– Check battery and battery
contacts of the remote control.
Replace battery or clean battery
contacts, if necessary.
Low battery of the Mover - green
LED on the control unit is flashing.
– Check the battery of the Mover.
Charge or replace the battery,
if required.
Drive roller slides
down on the
wheel
– Check tyre pressure and adjust,
if necessary.
– Check tyre profile and change
tyres, if necessary.
– Disengage Mover and measure
the distance between the tyres
and drive roller. The distance
should be 20 mm.
The Mover does
not engage on
one side (only
Mover smart A)
– When disengaging the Mover,
ensure that the power supply
is not interrupted or the remote
control is not switched off. Only
after the indicator on the remote
control stops flashing, the process
is complete.
– Manually engage the Mover with
the socket wrench by approx. two
clockwise resolutions. Then try
engaging the Mover once again.
The Mover does
not disengage
(only Mover
smart A)
