Before contacting customer services, please check the
following:
– Are the batteries in the remote control in perfect condition?
– Is the remote control aligned with the control unit? Perform
the steps under “Tuning the electronic control unit to the
radio remote control” on page 8.
– Is the caravan battery in perfect condition and fully
charged? Please remember that battery performance can
deteriorate considerably at cold ambient temperatures.
If these measures do not rectify the problem, please
contact Truma Service.
Tuning the electronic control unit to the
radio remote control
During initial start-up or after replacement of the control unit
or the remote control, they must be tuned according to the
instructions below.
Ensure that the drive rollers are
not
in contact with the wheel.
Check for the proper connection and condition of the battery
and that 12 V are applied to the control unit.
– Establish the Mover power supply via the battery cut-off
switch. The green LED lights up
– Press the reset button (Figure 12 -
1
) on the control unit
with a thin object.
For this purpose, you will find a removable pin under the
cover of the control unit (Figure 12 -
4
). Then store the
pin in a convenient location.
The green (Figure 12 -
2
) and red LED (Figure 12 -
3
) on the
control unit now flash alternately.
– Switch on the remote control. The control unit and remote
control automatically connect. The green LED lights up.
