Auto Focus

AF OnePush Mode
This function is used when the focus is fixed on a particular subject using AF.

AF Search Type
To improve the Auto Focus performance, the following functions (Type: A & B) are supported.
- Type A : The focus works by recognition of the point light sources. In the case of point light sources,
the camera repeats recognition process automatically depending upon the object and lighting
conditions, so that it sometimes could take a long time. In the case of no point light sources, the
focus works the same as the normal AF.
- Type A&B : This is effective for bright light to low light conditions. In the case of point light sources,
this setting is recommended.
*Type B : The focus works by recognition of the actual focal point Depending upon the object and
lighting conditions, there is a possibility that neither of the recognition. Processes can judge
correctly, and the New AF does not work. However, in this case the current AF still works.
- Off : AF Search Type is not used


FNR (Field Noise Reduction)

FNR (Field Noise Reduction) is a function to decrease the noise by the field correlation. There are the
auto mode and the manual mode. FNR level is changed by the brightness of object (AGC) in auto mode.

Y-Knee

Change of the luminance output level more than the maximum rating. The luminance output level more
than the maximum rating can be set up by changing inclination(Y-knee) of output level.
