2. Creating an account and registration of serial number
1)
Open “True Eye SmartHome” mobile application.
2)
Click “CREATE AN ACCOUNT.
3)
At registration page, key in the user prefer ID. The user
MUST click “Check ID” to check if ID is available.
4)
Choose the user prefer password and confirm the password.
5)
Key in the True-i gateway serial number. The user MUST
click “Check Serial Number” to check whether the gateway is
registered.
Please omit “-” in putting the serial number in the box.
6)
Key in the user email address.
7)
Choose the “Purchase from” tab.
8)
Click “Register” button.
*Note that all input fields are case sensitive
