OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
BODY FAT
1. When the exercise bike is idle, press the BODY FAT
button to begin body fat measurement.
2. The Computer will display UX (Figure 19) and begin
measurement (Figure 20-21).
3. While measuring, hold both hands on the hand grips.
When the Computer detects the pulse, the Computer
display will pause (Figure 22) for 8 seconds until the
Computer has completed measurement.
4. The Computer will display BMI (Figure 23), FAT %
(Figure 24) and BODY FAT (Figure 25).
5. Error message:
*The Computer displays “---- “, “ ----”– indicates that
you must grip the handle correctly.
*E-1: No heart rate signal input is detected.
*E-4: Occurs when FAT% and BMI result is below 5 or
exceeds 50.
