H.R.C MODE
1. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to select the desired
workout program. Select H.R.C and press MODE /
ENTER to select.
2. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select 55%
(Figure 11), 75% (Figure 12), 90% (Figure 13) or TAG
(TARGET Heart Rate, default: 100) (Figure 14). When
select TAG, use the UP or DOWN buttons to set the
value between 30 - 230.
3. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to set the
workout TIME.
4. Press the START / STOP button to start or stop the
workout. Press RESET to return to the main menu.
WATT MODE
1. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to select the workout
program. Select W and press MODE / ENTER to select.
2. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to set WATT target.
(default: 120, Figure 15)
3. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to set TIME.
4. Press the START / STOP button to start the
workout. During the workout, the system will adjust
the load level automatically, based on the user
training status. You can use the UP or DOWN buttons
to adjust the Watt level.
5. Press the START / STOP button to pause the
workout. Press the RESET to return to the main menu.
