OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
USER PROGRAM MODE
1. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to select the
workout program. Select U and press MODE / ENTER
to select.
2. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to create the
user profile (figure 16). There are 8 columns or bars,
indicating resistance levels. The higher the column,
the bar, the higher the resistance. You can adjust
each bar. Hold the MODE / ENTER button for two
seconds to exit the setting.
3. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to set TIME.
4. Press the START / STOP button to begin the
workout. During the workout, you can adjust the load
level by using the UP or DOWN buttons.
5. Press the START / STOP button to pause the
workout. Press RESET to return to the main menu.
RECOVERY
After exercising, hold the hand grips or wear a
chest strap and press the RECOVERY buttons. The
function display will stop and only display “TIME”.
The Computer will start counting down from 00:59
to 00:00 (Figure 17). The Computer will display your
heart rate recovery status from F1 – F6 (Figure 18).
F1 indicates the best, F6 indicates the worst. You can
keep exercising to improve the heart rate recovery
status. Press the RECOVERY button again to return
the main menu.
