CLE (Clear Error Flags)

This command clears the internal error ﬂags. It is mainly intended for use in standalone mode.

The following error ﬂags can be cleared by this command (determined by the <ﬂag> parameter):

• ALL: clear all error ﬂags.

• ETO: clear the timeout ﬂag.

• EAL: clear the external alarm ﬂag.

• EDV: clear the deviation ﬂag.

• EPO: clear the position error ﬂag.
