The tail light turns off automatically in the daytime, and turns on automatically at night or dark.
The tail light runs on 2x AAA batteries.

The tail light turns off automatically under static condition more than 30 seconds and turns on
automatically when the trike is shaking.
Short press for less than 2 seconds, when the light flashed 3 times, the light goes into Auto Mode;
When the light flashed 5 times, it goes into Off Mode.
