Quantity
displays the amount of sets processed up to the moment.

Remaining Length
is the total length of wires in the list that have not been
processed yet

Processed Length
is the amount of length that has been processed for the current
wire.

RUN
button starts the production. The process automatically starts from the highlighted
wires and continues to the last wire in the list. If more than one set is required, the job
then starts again from the first wire in the list.
STOP
button halts the process. The job then can be resumed from the point it was
interrupted.
Laser ON/OFF
buttons turn laser on and off

When the laser is turned off
Laser is OFF
label is visible. When
the laser is switched on and all alarms are cleared
the label changes to
Laser is Ready
and
RUN
button becomes active.
Warming Up
label appears when the laser is warming up. The temperature stabilization progress is
shown by a moving bar on the bottom of the screen. The warm up period is set in the
Parameters Screen and should not be changed unless advised by the authorized factory
representative.
PULL
button starts the puller motors.
MARK
button prints currently selected message. It allows marking a single message on
a wire or any other substrate (e.g. shrink tubing) without engaging the wire pulling
mechanism (manual mode). The message box can have up to 5 lines. The length of the
message is determined by the longest line. The displayed time is a time required to print
the entire message. Marking parameters such as font, scale, character and multiline
spacing are defined in the processing screen on main window (Fig.9.1).
