Re-screw the knob (k) in order to fix the sharpener in the correct position before starting the operation.
Insert the plug in the socket and switch on the appliance.

Press button “A” (i) for 5-10 seconds to make the sharpening. (Fig.2)

Press button “B” (j) for some seconds to remove leavings (Fig.2)

Switch off the product, unplug it, unscrew the knob (k) (Fig.3) and bring the sharpener in the initial
position. Block it re-screwing the knob (k) to fix the sharpener.

Clean well the appliance.
WARNING: the button “A” (i) makes the sharpening, the button “B” (j) only removes the leavings.
WHEN THE DISTANCE BETWEEN RING AND BLADE IS MORE THAN 6 MM IT IS NECESSARY
TO REPLACE THE BLADE.
NB
: do not sharpen the blade for too long time, because the result will not be better and the blade could be
damaged. After sharpening, before using again the slicer it is NECESSARY to clean well all the slicer and oil
well the blade as explained in paragraph “Cleaning and mantainance”.
CLEANING AND MANTAINANCE
Mantainance
Periodically check the correct functioning of the appliance. Check that it is always properly assembled and
that all the safety devices are working well, that the blade is sharp and not too much consumed. Check that
there is no danger situation in the use of the product.
It is important to periodically lubricate lubrificare the sliding carriage with
white vaseline oil.
NEVER USE different oil,
as it may damage the appliance and make the warranty invalid.
Lubricate the machine inserting the white vaseline oil in the oiler hole (m), see fig.6.
Cleaning
Clean after every use.
Disconnect the power plug from the socket before touching any part and before
making any cleaning operation.
Set the knob (a) in position “0”.
Pay maximum attention in cleaning the blade as there is danger of cutting.
Clean appliance with a cotton cloth lightly moistened with alcohol. Don’t use other products.
Damages cause to the structure by unsuitable detergents make the warranty invalid.
Unscrew the blade cover screw (p) and remove blade cover (e).
Unscrew the slice blocker screw (o) and remove slice blocker.
Clean all parts of appliance with a cotton cloth lightly moistened with alcohol.
Dry well the product and mount the parts correctly:

slice blocker (o) must not be in direct contact with the blade

blade cover screw (p) cannot block the rotation of the blade

blade cover (e) has to be with the lines in horizontal position, vedi figura 1.
Do not use dishwasher. Do not use water to clean the appliance.
WARNING, handle the food presser (c) with care, as it has sharp nails needed to block food.
