mounted and fixed on the appliance.

This appliance includes several protections, but still make big attention. Protection do not fully avoid the
risk of cutting, but reduce much the probability of injury.

Use appliance ONLY with all protections mounted, do not bring hands near the blade. Do not remove any
safety device.

To sharpen the blade use ONLY the original device mounted on the slicer following the instruction at the
paragraph “how to sharpen thee blade”.

NEVER dismount the blade (d). If blade needs to be replaced, the operation has to be done by a specialized
technician. It is necessary to replace the blade when it cannot be sharpened or when the distance between
the blade edge and the safety ring (s) is more than 6 mm.

Do not use to cut frozen food, meat or fish with bones, non-food products.

During use do not wear clothes or jewelry, that can get stuck in moving parts and cause accidents. Pay
