VIII. After strapping PP strap doesn’t get cut completely

1.

Adjust the Cutter Holder (T7-1-10540) rightward to make it slight touched to the Press

Bar (T7-1-14002).

2.

Press Bar (T7-1-14002) is worn. Turn to the other side for using or replace a new one.

3.

Front Bar (T7-1-15002) is worn. Please replace a new Front Bar

IX.

Machine stops during strapping, and the green light of the Start Switch

(T6-6-10301) keeps flashing

1.

M1 system is out of order (quick flash: ON / OFF 0.5 sec. each):

Please check if SQ2 (T7-1-10730) or SQ3 (T7-1-10750) is loose, torn, or broken

(the second LED (LS2 or LS3) upper-left corner of PCB inside control box should

be on when PCB receive the signal) causes no signal on PCB.
