Turn on power and wait until the ready lamp is on. Check if Heater
Tongue can move back and forth freely. Check if Heater Tongue’s
horizontal movement is not more than 1mm. If everything is in position,
you could then tighten HN06S on the left hand side which we left it hand
tied at point 4.
7.
Strap slips due to warn out of Rear Bar (T7-1-13110) or Front Bat (T7-1-15110).
Please replace the worn out parts.
8.
If above are ok, please replace PCB (T7-6-10140 /T7-6-10141).
VI.
Insufficient strapping tension
1.
The tension is set to low mode
in operation panel, so machine doesn’t have high tension
(second tension).
2.
Check if the lowest LED in upper left corner on PCB is on. If the light is off, the
switch for tension may be broken or the X9 Wire Ass’y (T7-6-10460) may be loose, bad
connected.
3.
Failed strap reversing causes poor tensioning. Please refer to Q&A Question X.
4.
Check if there’s too much debris on the Gear (T7-1-21110
T7-1-22180) of M3 Guide
Wheel and Assistant Roller.
5.
Lubricant in the gap between M3 Guide Wheel (T7-1-21120) and Assistance Roller
(T7-1-22180) causes lack of pressure for tensioning. Please do cleaning. (may happen
when the machine is new or lubricating the movable parts)
