Not enough time for strap feeding for lager
arch size. Please adjust VR4 on PCB to
increase the time.

Bandway is unsmooth and makes Strap track can’t be back to home position, so the
strap is not able to reach the sealing point. Please refer to Q & A question VII. 2. 3. 4.

Check if the gap between Switch Pin (T7-1-10130) and SQ1 (T7-1-10680) is too big, so
SQ1 is not able to sense. If so, please turn on Power Switch and open the front and
back roller table. Verify whether machine is already at the machinery home position; if
not, you could use your hands to turn the handle (T7-1-11240) on the left hand side of
M1 to help the machine go back to the machinery home position. Use one piece of 10
cm long strap to push the switch lever (T7-1-10550) under the slide plate (T7-1-10250).
The red light on the SQ1 should light up when the switch lever (T7-1-10550) reaches
1.5~2mm before the end.

The SWITCH LEVER (T7-1-10550) is
broken, so the SQ1 doesn’t work.
