The Pin (T7-2-10210) is too close to the Arch (T7-5-10610), so the strap gets stuck when 

doing reversing.    Adjust the Pin to about 15mm from the Arch when the machine is at 

reverse point.

If above are all ok, please change PCB. (T7-6-10140 /T7-6-10141)

Strap doesn’t reach the sealing point when doing ASF 

1.

 

The P.P. strap inserted too short or too long, so the strap can’t either be sent thru to 

Feeding Motor Ass’y (M2) or be hold by Movable Strap Guide. Please according to the 

indicated sticker and insert the strap to the second arrow sticker. 

2.

 

The Accumulator Main Roller doesn’t get enough pressure.    Adjust the Pool Tension 

Spring (T7-1-20120) to increase the pressure.    Or the Assistant Roller

T7-3-20160

is worn or get too much dust cause lack of strength, so the strap can’t arrive M2 motor

SQ4 (TF-006) is keep being activated or broken(check the 4

 LED (LS4) from bottom 

on upper left corner on PCB, LED is on when SQ4is trigged

or the Balance Bar
