552 Display Antenna Multiplexing Mode

Command #552 displays the antenna multiplexing mode When the MPRX mode is enabled, 
the response is

 antenna multiplexing between RF ports 0 and 1 when sense0 active

antenna multiplexing between RF ports 0 and 1 when sense0 active and RF

antenna multiplexing between RF ports 0 and 1 when sense0 active and RF 
ports 2 and 3 when sense1 active
