Use of the machine
- Clean the wheel, remove all the wheel weights from the rim, check the pressure of the
wheel. It should be equal to the prescribed wheel pressure which is indicated on te tire.
- Choose the specific manner of installation according to the type of the wheel.
Fitting with the cone on the outside
Clamping of the wheel, conus on the outer side.
Place the wheel on the threaded spindle and
then select the correct cone, place it on the
outside and put it in place with the balancing
clamp inclusive setting.
Fitting with the cone on the inside
Clamping of the wheel, cone on the inside. Select
the correct cone and place it over the threaded
spindle. Then turn the wheel over the cone and
secure it in place with the balancing clamp
including centering.
To mount blind wheels and motorcycle rims there are different attachments/adapters available.
Consult your Trainsway supplier for a suitable solution.
Attention: when you turn the wheel to (de) mount, the wheel must be kept quiet. So he cannot run
on the threaded spindle, otherwise it will be damaged.
