5. Four different ALU selection indicators.
The device is equipped with the following features:
DYN mode (dynamic mode) default mode for balancing steel or alloy rims with the
clip-on weights on the edges of the rim. The device defaults to this mode. Should a different mode be
selected, you can come back to the standard mode by pressing C (see Explanation machine).
STA mode (static mode) this is specifically for balancing motorcycle wheels. In this
mode you need to place the weight in the center of the rim. You can set the device to the STA mode
by pressing the F button (see Explanation machine).
For balancing the aluminum rims, the device is equipped with the following ALU options. Press the
ALU button to choose from:
1. ALUS mode, to balance wheels with specially shaped rims.
2. ALU1 mode, for balancing alloy rims with the application of adhesive
weights on the rim shoulder.
3. ALU2 mode, for balancing alloy wheels by applying the inner glue
weight. Outer weight position is on the adapter surface.
4. ALU3, a combined application: clip-on weight on the inside and
hidden weight glue on the outside. Outher weight position is the same as “ALU2”.
