Mounting the protective cover with the microswitch
- Mount the cover to the back of the machine using the appurtenant bolts and washers (1,
fig.1). Mount the bolts firmly.
- Plug the two signal wires (1+2, fig.2) together.
Assembling and mounting of the protective
cover for the wheel
- Connect the two parts of the protective cover
(21, fig.3) together using the M6x20 bolts (23,
fig.3) and M6 nuts (24, fig.3).
- Mount the assembled cover to the bracket
(19, fig.3), using the M6x45 bolts (22, fig.3)
and nuts (24, fig.3). Do not place the bolt,
which is indicated with nr. 15 yet. Place the
bracket over the bar (4, fig.3) which protrudes
from the protective cover with the
microscwitch and allign the holes in the
bracket and the bar, now use bolt 15 to
connect the bracket (19, fig.3) to the bar (4,
fig.3).
Installation
The Trainsway balancing machine must be installed by a person who knows the device and fully
understands the manual or it needs tob e installed by an authorized company/person.
- The unit must be placed on a hard flat surface completely leveled and needs to be anchored
to it.
- When installing the machine pay attention if there is enough room between the wal land the
machine. See the drawing:
