Safety instructions 

1.

 

Before you start working with the balancingmachine you need to be sure that you’ve read 

and fully understand this manual. 

2.

 

Keep the manual on a safe place for future reference. 

3.

 

It is not allowed to remove or adjust parts of the machine this could impair proper operation. 

4.

 

Do not use harsh rays of compressed air to clean the appliance. 

5.

 

Use alcohol to clean the plastic panels or shelves (avoid liquids containing solvents) 

6.

 

Before you start the machine, make sure that the wheel is locked to the adapter. 

7.

 

The user of the machine is not allowed to wear jewelry, loose clothing and/or loose hair. 

8.

 

Ensure that unauthorized personnel does not approach the machine while it is working. 

9.

 

Avoid placing counterweights or other objects in the base, these could harm the proper 

functioning of the machine. 

10.

 

The balancing machine may never be used for other purposes than those which it was 

designed for. 

11.

 

No changes are to be made to the product. It is forbidden to do any welding on this product.  

12.

 

Only use the equipment in the way it is intended. 

13.

 

Do not use the machine in areas where flammable vapors, liquids, gases or combustible dust, 

fibers are present. 

14.

 

Allow only a qualified person who fully understands the instruction and the risks to carry out 

the installation of the device. 

15.

 

Check that the appliance is installed and used in accordance with the prescribed regulations 

in this manual. All matters concerning the inspection regulations should be in order. 

16.

 

Before use you should check that all typeplates/designations are fully present and legible. If 

this is not the case, the machine should be put out of service. 

17.

 

Do not remove the protective accessories on the balancing machine. The balancing machine 

should only be operated by qualified personnel. 

18.

 

Before balancing the wheel, you must be sure that the wheel is securely locked to the flange. 

19.

 

Do not place objects on/beside/under the balancing machine, this could affect the proper 

operation of the machine. 

20.

 

It is forbidden to lean on the machine while a cycle is performed.
