• Remove the spark plug cap and spark plug.
• Pour a teaspoon of engine oil into the spark plug bore.
• Install the spar plug cap onto the spark plug and place the spark plug on the
cylinder head so that the electrodes are grounded. This will limit sparking
during the next step.
• Turn the engine over several times with the starter. This will coat the
cylinder wall with oil.
• Remove the spark plug cap from the spark plug and install the spark plug
and the spark plug cap.
• Lubricate all control cables and the pivot points of all levers and pedals.
• Check tire pressure and make any necessary adjustments to the air pressure.
Elevate your TrailRover™ so all wheels are off the ground. If you cannot
elevate your TrailRover™, you can turn the wheels slightly each month to
prevent tires from becoming worn in one spot.
• Cover the muffler outlet with a plastic bag to keep moisture out.
• Remove the battery and fully charge it. Re-charge the battery each month.
Store the battery in an area protected from excessive heat and cold. Do not
store the battery in and area where temperatures reach below 30° or above
90°F.
