Warning

Keep children away from solvent.

When reinstalling the drive chain, make sure the chain is replaced with the chain

joint clip is positioned with the slit end facing opposite the direction it turns.

Improper installation of the drive chain will allow the chain the fall off.

Gear Box Lubrication

Each time you add oil to your TrailRover™, use only high quality SAE 15W/40

motor oil. To add oil, remove the rubber plug in the gearbox and add between

13.5 and 15.21 ounces of oil. Tighten the plug after adding oil and check to be

sure there are no leaks.

Warning

Keep children away from oil.

Caution

After your new TrailRover™ has been used for 20 hours, change the oil in the

gearbox. Clean the gearbox with kerosene and add new oil.

Check the oil level frequently, making sure that proper levels are maintained.

Over filling or under filling can have a negative effect on engine performance and

cause damage to your TrailRover™.

Inspection of the Battery

If you find your TrailRover™ becomes hard to start, you may need to charge the

battery. To change the battery, remove the battery, charge it and replace the

battery being sure to tighten the fastening belt following the instructions in this

manual beginning on page

Never remove the top cap strip and/or seal plugs when the battery is charging.
