A6. TROUBLE SHOOTING

NOTE: A maintenance program should start for 

each hoist immediately after it is entered 

into service. 

This maintenance program should comply 

with recommendations in the applicable 

parts and Instruction Manual, and all per-

tinant Federal, State, Provincial and Local 

regulations.

A6.4 BS/BSO Secondary Brake Troubles
