Air Spa - How to replace the Esprit 500 blower
The Esprit 500 blower is located behind the service hatch at the tap end.
Before replacing the blower, disconnect the blower from the circuit board. The circuit board is in an enclosure
underneath the tub.
Unscrew the blower bracket from
the tub frame (loosen and remove
nuts and washers)
Disconnect the Black hose from the
blower.
Unscrew the blower from the
bracket.
Follow instructions above in reversed order to assemble the new blower.
If the blower doesn’t start, connect a pneumatic starter to the blower to activate the pneumatic switch inside
the blower.
