How to replace a lifting column – New version
Two people are required to replace lifting columns.
To get a better view how lifting columns are mounted on the Comfortline bathtub the picture below show the
Comfortline bathtub upside down and without skirt.
Electric cable from the
control box to the lifting
column.
Lifting column replacement – New version:

Unscrew the connector ring and disconnect
the electric cable from the lifting column.

Unscrew the Black mounting plates from the
stabilizing bars.

Unscrew the lifting column from the bathtub
chassis (4 screws on each side of the lifting
column).

Remove the top bracket from the lifting
column and mount it on the new lifting
column.

Unscrew the foot from the lifting column.

Follow instructions above and assemble the
new lifting column on the bathtub chassis in
reversed order. Make sure the lifting column
is mounted straight and not leaning.

After the replacement, the lifting columns must be initialized/calibrated.
