1)No load means the use of the micro tractor without any attached
implements
2) Turn in the first and second gear with the implement added:
1/3 load means 5 -6 cm depth of cultivation
2/3 load means 7 -8 cm of cultivation depth
3) Run in 3 and 4 gear with the added plow tool
1/3 load means 7 - 9 cm depth of plow
2/3 load means 10 - 13 cm depth of the plow
Points to note during the operating test:
•
Perform repeated steering and braking maneuvers. Make sure all controls are working
correctly;
•
After the test run, substrate the equipment to technical maintenance and inspection
according to the first-class maintenance program. The lubricating oil in the gearbox
should be replaced as indicated in the second-class maintenance program;
V-BELT TENSION ADJUSTMENT
The 3 belts must be of the same length and their tension must be tightly adjusted because if
they are too loose or too tight they will lead to a decrease in the life of the belts and equipment.
Se estiverem muito frouxas deslizarão na polia, o que resultará em perda de potência.
