Taking into operation
The press must be completely mounted and
connected to the provided supply lines.
The process parameters must be properly
configured.
The press must be fully set up according to
the intended work task.
No tools, installation equipment or other inter-
fering objects must be left in the tool and
working area.
Before starting operation, get familiarized
with the operating and control elements of the
machine and above all with the protective
guarding.
Danger to persons
During operation, the user must en-
sure that nobody is at a risk be-
cause of potentially dangerous ac-
tions.
The machine must only be oper-
ated, if nobody stays within the
danger area.
Before the acceptance of the machine or the
plant, make a test run in each possible oper-
ating mode and on the future operating con-
ditions. For this test run all protective guards
must be completely mounted and effective.
