 Minimum Clearances to Combustible Material 

This appliance is a zero clearance fire feature. Combustible material may be use to frame the unit in. 

Venting for this unit is also zero clearance. Combustible material is permitted to come into direct 

contact with venting material.

1) - In accordance with the current CSA B149.1 Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code
2) - USA - In accordance with the current ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54, National Fuel Gas Code,
** Clearance in accordance with local installation codes and the requirements of the gas supplier 
^  A vent shall not terminate directly above a side-walk or paved driveway which is located between two single family 
dwellings and serves both dwellings*
