reasons, please leave the seat and use it again later.

sensor is unobstructed, clean and dry.
Is the water supply filter clogged?
Please clean the water supply filter.

if it is covered by an obsticle. Please remove

proceed. This takes about 6 seconds.
Auto flush will not execute a person standing in front of the
NEOREST steps away for less than 3 to 5 second.
Confirm seat sensor A is not continuously detecting a “person”.

Confirm seat sensor A can detect a person normally.
Auto flush is unavailable for the next 60s after an auto
flush is executed. You can use the remote control to
flush during those 60 seconds. A person must stand in
front of or sit on the Neorest at least 6 seconds for
the auto flush to be activated.
