To view the Node status
Click the Status button from the CSTA main screen.
...or click the Unifier software icon from the Task bar.
The status screen is described on the following page.
Clicking the Strata Unifier software icon brings up the Unifier Status screen (shown below).

Column Type
Description
Type
Indicates the type of node, i.e; a switch
Identifier
Indicates the Node ID
Status
Monitors the status of the node to the Unifier connection. There are four states:
Out-of-Service, Connecting, Running, and Stalled.

Maximum Delay (ms)
Indicates the longest time interval between a pair of CSTA events for two
nodes.
Network Delay Calls
Indicates the number of times congestion occurred to ACD application for one
node. One count = one call.
Node Down
Number of times Out-of-Service / Back in service occurred due to switch off
link for one node.
Tandem Calls
Number of times call supervised signal occurred to ACD application for one
node.
One count = one call.
