4.13 LCD unit

CAUTION:

When replacing a LCD, it is required that SVP parameter is set. Update with

the latest EC/KBC as described in Appendix H “EC/KBC Rewrite
Procedures”.

Removing the LCD unit

The following describes the procedure for removing the LCD unit (See Figure 4-13-1 to 4-
13- 5).

Remove Screw MYLAR X4

Remove the following

screws

securing the display mask

M2.5



Insert your finger between the edge of the display mask and the LCD, and remove the
display mask.
