1 SETTING ITEMS (USER)

50 Managing Address Book

Specify the search string in the items that you require and press [SEARCH].

The touch panel displays the screen that contains the found contacts. Press the
contacts that you want to add to the group.

To add both the fax number and e-mail address of a contact to the group, press over the contact name.

To add only the fax number of a contact to the group, press

of the contact.

To add only the e-mail address of a contact to the group, press

of the contact.

Press

to display the contacts in the different page.

Press [OK] to save the group.
