Reserving a Document to a Mailbox (Local Hub)

Place the original.

• For details on how to place originals on the original glass.

This section describes the procedure to reserve a document to a mailbox (Confidential Box or Bulletin
Board) within a local hub.

Enter the box number and press the

key.

Display the MAILBOX Menu and select the Mailbox

Type.

Press:

then

• To reserve the document to a Confidential Box, press

• To reserve the document to a Bulletin Board, press

Set the scanning conditions. (

See pages 2-10 to

2-15.)

• When the entered box number does not exist, the message

as shown to the right is displayed. After 2 seconds, the
display returns to the screen for entering the box number.

• When Bulletin Board Box is selected in Step 4, the screen

for entering the password is displayed.
