D. Programme position skip selection
Press the or button to turn the programme position
skip option On “
” or Off “ ”.
The programme position will then be skipped when you
select channels with the P or P button.
Note: “ ” mark will appear beside a skipped
programme position number when you use the number
buttons on the remote control.

Press the button to search up the band or the button
to search down the band.
Press the or button repeatedly until your desired
channel is displayed.
When a station/satellite is found, it will be displayed.
G. Manual fine tuning (Not normally required)
Press the “+” or “–” button until the best possible
picture and sound are obtained.
H. Station label
Station labels appear under the programme position
display each time you turn on the TV, select a channel, or
press the CALL button.
To change or create station labels:
1) Press the or button repeatedly to select a
character for the first space, then press the button.
2) Repeat step 1 to enter the rest of the characters.
If you would like a blank space in the label name, you
must choose an empty space from the list of
characters.
Press the OK button to store your settings.
Tuning to your VCR (connected via an aerial cable)
If you cannot connect your TV to the VCR using Scart leads, you
will need to allocate a programme position on the TV for the VCR.
To tune your TV to your VCR play a prerecorded tape:
Follow steps 1 to 5 on page 18
to select Search.
Press the or button to start
the search operation.
When the VCR is found, your
pre-recorded tape will be
displayed.
Select the programme position.
It is suggested to use the
position No. “0”.
Press the OK button.
