Step 2
Place a
3/8” SS SAE Flat Washer
onto the
3/8”-16 x 2.5” Grade 5
Hex Bolt
. Slide the bolt through the
Inner Wheel Bracket
and
2.5” Nylon Wheel
as shown in
figure 2.1
. Secure the bolt with
one
3/8” SS SAE Flat Washer
and one
3/8”-16 Grade 8 Nylock
Nut
. Leave the nut loose enough to allow the wheel to roll.
Place a
3/8” SS SAE Flat Washer
onto the
3/8”-16 x 3” Grade 5
Hex Bolt
. Slide the bolt through the
Outer Wheel Bracket
and
Inner Wheel Bracket
as shown in
figure 2.1
. Secure the bolt with
one
3/8” SS SAE Flat Washer
and one
3/8”-16 Grade 8 Nylock
Nut
. Tighten the nut down so the
Inner Wheel Bracket
is not
loose, but can still be moved by hand.
Thread a
3/8”-16 SS Hex Nut
onto the
3/8”-1 x 2” Grade 8 Tap
Bolt
, and then thread the tap bolt into the
Inner Wheel Bracket
.
