9. CHECKS AND ADJUSTMENTS
1. Set up the instrument on a single control point using the lower laser.
2. Set up a target approximately 3m (10ft.) above the instrument.
3. Move the target above the manhole unit the upper laser is aligned to the center of the target.
4. Rotate the instrument 180° without changing lower laser line position.
If the upper laser emitting position does not change more than 4mm, the unit is within specification.
• If the unit is out by more than 4mm (0.014’), please contact your local dealer.
