7.8.5 Risk of fire/explosion
Keep the air compressor at least 10 meters away from explosive vapors, e.g., when using a spray gun.
Do not leave the air compressor unattended for an extended time with the battery inserted.
Only operate the product in the correct orientation.
Keep the exterior of the compressor dry, clean and free from oil & grease. See section “Care and Cleaning” for
further information.
Do not cover or restrict the product intake/ventillation openings.
7.8.6 Respiratory protection
Protect your lungs. Wear a face or dust mask during use to protect against dust or debris in the air.
7.9 Risk to breathing (asphyxiation)
Compressed air is not safe for breathing. The air stream can contain carbon monoxide, toxic vapors, or solid
particles from the air tank.
Breathing these contaminants can cause serious injury or death.
7.10 Attachments and accessories
Exceeding the pressure rating of air tools, spray guns, accessories, tires, and other inflatables can cause them to
explode or fly apart, and could result in serious injury.
Use supply hoses rated for 8 bar or more.
7.11 Risk from projectiles
Never direct compressed air towards people or animals. The compressed air stream can propel dirt, chips, loose
particles, and small objects at high speed, resulting in property damage and/or personal injury.
